There really are only 2 types of real-estate investing: 

CASH FLOW & FLIPPING

CASH FLOW – This is usually a buy and hold situation where you are renting the property making month income along with long term growth on your equity in the property.

Cash Flow – Monthly. Now more than ever, consistent cash flow is key. Traditional investments rarely pay dividends and can penalize for early withdrawal. However, owners of quality rental property, receive monthly cash flow, which allows them to better prepare for the bumps and turns of life.

Cash Flow – Secured Assets. In an era where one bad day on Wall Street can practically wipe out retirement accounts, savvy investors are getting back to what makes sense: secured assets. No matter what happens in the economy, there will always be renters and your principle equity is secured in real property. Investors always own something of value: a home.

FLIPPING – Buy low, Sell high, usually the properties require some form of rehabbing in order to get top retail value. This is relatively quick and a very substantial amount of money can be earned in a very short time.

Find – There are tens of thousands of great deals out there at 70 % 60% even 50% under current market value, at wholesale or below. Actually, PREIG has made this aspect easier then you can imagine. We have access to a large inventory of properties to save you the legwork.

Fund – Yes, we will fund your deal! We do not care about your credit or history all we need to know is that the property has sufficient Loan to Value ratios and we will back it.

Fix– Rehabbing, usually some simple cosmetic repairs are all that is needed; a little paint, a deep clean, mow the lawn and the house can be put back onto the market at an above wholesale price with huge margins for you.

Flip – SELL, SELL, and SELL…no sell the house at a competitive market valued price and on the next. Our members are doing 1, 2, 3, flips a year, some doing that many each month and they’re making a substantial profit.
